My company uses QBO and has two separate entities that need to be combined for reporting purposes. Since QBO reporting is incapable of combining the data for these entities, it required data manipulation in Excel to create combined financials and was time consuming. With FinJinni what used to take a couple hours to complete now happens in mere seconds! The software is easy to install and connect to QBO and I received incredible support in the setup process as well as with adding additional users. FinJinni provides a myriad of reporting format options and is very easy to use and flexible. I’ve been very impressed with the software and the support.

I have several thousand subclasses and only needed a P&L by top level class. The number of subclasses would blow out Excel when I would try and export it to Excel. QB would only collapse rows and not columns. I downloaded the Finjinni and worked with the company for two days. The P&L by top level class used to take four hours of copying and pasting multiple reports together. Finjinni can do it in 1-2 minutes. Really good product and excellent support!

This app is great for nonprofits that track labor, multi-year grants and grants that cross fiscal years by donor/sub-donor and function (class), etc. FinJinni eliminates QBO's fiscal-year reporting limitations and allows budget v actual analyses in a variety of ways not available in QBO because all QBO file data is available in database form. Limitless report combinations using the tables and pivot features of the app. Excellent customer service!

Had FinJinni built us 5 custom reports, all of which have been invaluable to us in QB Desktop Enterprise. Reports that show our Open SO's (fully Open -and- partially Open) and what PO's and Estimates each particular SO is tied to, along with all the SKUs that were ordered (and received) against the PO generated for that SO. Also reports showing total Estimates, and SO's generated by a person in a given week, and a few other reports. Jerry is very quick at responding to any issues/questions/fixes with the reports. Couldn't imagine QB without these reports or FinJinni. Worth every penny.

QB's lack of functionality to pull data into spreadsheets and regularly update them is super frustrating. This solves that problem. It's also less expensive than Qvinci and I'm thinking of moving entirely to FinJinni for consolidation.

Finjinni has been a game changer for my fractional CFO firm. The ability to run and build custom reports not native to QuickBooks allows me to gain better visibility into my clients' businesses in order to help solve problems faster and with more accuracy. I demo'd similar SQL reporting tools that integrate with QuickBooks and they just don't compare. Either the reports are limited, or the flexible customization features are missing. There are a ton of custom reports that come standard with the software, however, if you're proficient in Excel, you can build and automate the most beautiful, yet meaningful reports and dashboards. I have yet to tap into all of Finjinni's functionalities. I recently learned I could batch import new transactions and edit existing transactions in QuickBooks which will save so much time with setup, cleanup and catchup projects.
