- Initial installation of FinJinni (Does not include relocation to new system)
- Online personal demo
- Troubleshooting FinJinni
- Questions related to FinJinni
- Upgrades
- Access to technical support team
- Access to custom reporting services (Custom reports and changes are charged seperately)
We will work with you to discover the cause of any technical problems you are experiencing. If we should find it is not a problem with FinJinni, it is no longer covered under free support.
Additional support is available at an hourly rate or with the purchase of Enterprise Support.
Enterprise Support
- Basic:
- Priority case handling
- Dedicated advanced support engineer*
- Assistance setting up complex reports
- One training session and follow up session.
- Technical problems not related to FinJinni
- Relocation of FinJinni to a new system
- Advanced:
- All of the above
- SQL Server database set up. (Not SQL Express which is included with FinJinni)
- Set up with hosting companies
Enterprise Support does not include custom reports or other custom programing.
*Up to 8 hours of dedicated support annualy.
